Responsibilities:
  • To establish new leads, site visits and conduct product presentation to prospects accordingly.
  • To liaise with Developer, Architect, Consultant, Main Contractor for product specifications and sales.
  • To work closely, effectively, and successfully with other teammates to ensure delivery of specified and converted leads.
  • To generate and identify existing and new potential leads, follow up, proposals, specifications, and influences.
  • To achieve sales target required.
Requirements:
  • At least Diploma / Degree holder in any field of studies or Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 – 2 Year(s) work experience in building material sales and specifying is preferable.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be proactive, aggressive, able to work independently & result oriented.
  • Must possess own transport.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (will be an added advantage)

    Salary range:
    RM 4,000 (Subject to experience) (Car allowance, petrol card, claimable toll, mobile phone, sales commission & incentive will be provided)
