Responsibilities:
  • To communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
  • To work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
  • To understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service.
  • To communicate to Manager and director for task assigned
  • To demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality in to always maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
Requirements:
  • Possess at least Diploma and above
  • MUST Japanese level JLPT 1 or 2
  • At least 2 years of experiences as Japanese Translator (Interpreter) in any industry
  • Must possess own transport
  • Able to communicate well in English and Japanese
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Languages Required:
    English, Bahasa Malaysia, Japanese
    Salary range:
    RM 8,000 + RM500 Travel Allowance
