Responsibilities:
  • To Assist registering new and potential customer profile for business sales reference purpose.
  • To communicate with internal and external parties efficiently through sales order and payment follow up.
  • Responsibility includes processing sales, coordinating, and scheduling transportation of delivery parts.
  • To gather information from other departments or customers and coordinate accordingly.
  • To assist sales representatives with information on machines and attachments.
  • To follow up and submit quotation as per customer request based on their deadlines.
  • To perform any other duties as directed from time to time by Head of Department.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma / bachelor’s degree in business administration or any field
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel etc)
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Japanese language will be advantage added.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn.
  • High degree in good work ethics, have a pleasant personality and be able to interact with anyone regardless of level with confidence.
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel when required.
  • Languages Required:
    English, Bahasa Malaysia, Japanese (advantage added)
    Salary range:
    RM3,000 – 3,500 (Negotiable subject to experience)(Good company profit)
