Responsibilities:
- To liaise with oversea customers & suppliers on the sports accessories sourcing products.
- To communicate and drive implementation opportunities for global customers.
- To role as procurement in price/term negotiation into provide customers with optimal supply assurance, pricing, flexibility, quality and delivery performance.
- To set up proper product data, code creation, manage packaging & shipping instruction.
- To ensure procurement & proper documentation for the issue & receipt of orders.
- To conduct logistic arrangement for entire order.
- To ensure goods are purchased according to required specifications.
- To maintain proper filing system & ensure effective document control for the easy access & retrieval.
Requirements:
Must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma holder in any discipline.
Able to communicate well in English, Malay and Mandarin.
Must possess own transport and willing to travel oversea.
Must be proficient in the use of desktop applications and window-based programs.
Good team player who is independent and self-motivated.
Responsible, good negotiation and communication skills.
Able to assist on handling sample stock, will be slightly heavy weight.
Required to travel oversea in future (under HOD discretion)

English, Malay, Mandarin
Salary range:
RM3,000 – RM3,800 (Subject to experience) (Good company benefit)
