Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment in accordance with established manufacturing procedures, production schedules, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement new manufacturing technologies and techniques to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing processes and equipment are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing equipment issues to minimize production downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address equipment failures and manufacturing process issues.
- Perform design reviews and provide feedback to ensure that designs meet manufacturing requirements, including safety, ergonomics, and ease of manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including engineering drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure manufacturing processes and equipment are up-to-date and in compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronic Engineering/ or Electrical Engineering
2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong technical expertise in mechanical/mechatronic/ or electrical engineering
Demonstrated ability to design and develop manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with CAD software and other engineering tools
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies
Knowledge of quality standards, including ISO 9001
Experience with lean manufacturing principles is advantage.

English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
Salary range:
RM3000 - RM5000 (Subject to experience)
