Nature of Business: Machinery Manufacturing
Responsibilities:
- To liaison/ communicate with inter-departments and inter-companies on Sales Quotation within the timeframe.
- To alert on the latest standard rules of quotation that being set by company.
- To prepare and analyze the module cost monthly and alarm the problem area to direct superior to do corrective action.
- To prepare monthly Work-in Progress Report, Sales Check Sheet, Sales Report Details, WIP Details, Cost of Goods Sales Report from ERP System.
- To co-ordinate the stock take activity.
- To propose/ feedback operation issues with improvement ideas.
- To prepare proper ISO documentation along the daily operation.
- Be able to backup team member for ad-hoc tasks that given by management.
- To perform any duty duly assigned by superior when required.
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Science. Mathematics, Finance or related fields
Good in analytical skill and sensitive to numbers.
Competence in Microsoft office (intermediate level)
Able to work under time constraints and cope with pressure.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Commit to work, honest and report to direct superior timely.
Able to speak & write in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Japanese language will be advantage added.

English, Bahasa Malaysia
Salary range:
RM2,800 – 3,500 (Negotiable subject to experience) (Good company profit)
