Nature of Business: Machinery Manufacturing
Responsibilities:
- To purchase processing of purchased components/ items for production orders to CMI and fabrication drawings to local vendors implementing the company’s policies and Standard Operation Procedures in dealing with vendors, and good techniques to secure supply on time and with added value.
- To manage the inventory stock matching check before the start of each job purchase ordering process, ensuring full utilization of inventory stock.
- To analyze all irregularities and coordinate corrective actions plan either internally and/ or externally.
- To handle supply claims/ reject and receiving with vendors, monitor and control.
- To manage and control the correct quality, quantity and price of purchases.
- To manage and control long lead time items and purchasing process when necessary.
- To liaise internal (production & warehouse) and external (vendors) liaison on parts tracing for production orders, co-ordinate trouble shoot arrangements, “loan parts”, alternate parts replacement, etc.
- To operate the ERP purchasing module for purchase order processing, invoices, debit notes, etc.
- To liaise with CMI person in charge by daily basis to ensure no interruption occurs for all orders.
- To support data entry for purchase orders.
- To perform any duties duly required by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in business/ mechanical related
4 year working experience is an added advantage.
Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Japanese will be added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel etc)
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess self-discipline, time management, and organize.
Able to work as team and under pressure with tight schedule.
Commit to good business ethics, honest and responsible.
Familiar with License Manufacturing Warehouse.
Familiar with ISO90001:2008/ 14001:2004
Languages Required:
English, Bahasa Malaysia, Japanese (added advantage)
Salary range:
RM3,000 – 3,500 (Negotiable subject to experience) (Good company profit)
