Nature of Business: Electronic Component Parts Manufacturer
Responsibilities:
- To liaise with customer on the status of orders.
- To follow up on urgent deliveries for customer.
- To follow up customer's overdue payment.
- To supervise Salesclerk and Delivery Clerk.
- To conduct additional responsibilities are fulfil the jobs given by Superior.
- To ensure ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016 Management System procedures and
- activities are implemented and adhered to effectively.
- Act on behalf of Sales Executive during his absence.
- Authorized to sign Customer's Orders and Cancellation Orders.
- Authorized to sign Sales documents (such as Invoice, Delivery Orders and others).
- To handle of customer verbal order.
- To develop new customer
Requirements:
Possess in bachelor’s degree.
2 - 3 years of experience related field.
Must proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin Japanese (JLPT N3 and above)
Good communication skill and business skill
Must hold Driving License and International Passport
Must be able to work independenly and in a team
Below 35 years old
Languages Required:
English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Japanese
