Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling general affairs and office management.
- Responsible for handling general affairs and office management.
- Updating and implementing all necessary policies and improving policies and procedures related to human resources, as needed.
- Facilitating change management processes as needed.
- Assisting with cross functional project and role for culture change, communication development, corporate initiatives, and others
- Assisting with other projects or initiatives as needed
- Providing general administrative services to a high level of operational efficiency
- Other Corporate Affairs, HR & Admin functions as and when assigned from time to time
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Related Field
• At least 3-4 years’ working experience either in HR/Admin
• English/Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) communication skills, both speaking and writing.
• Fully computer literate (MS Office’s proficient user)
• Dedicated to work, responsible, and reliable person.
• Ready to learn, understand and follow all documents, standards, process and rules.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Ability to conduct short briefing, translate and transfer knowledge
Languages Required:
English, Bahasa Malaysia, Japanese
