Responsibilities:
- To support the business sales related activities and collection
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing documents and communicating relevant information
- Handle the processing of orders with accuracy and timeliness
- To attend the walk-in & call-in customers.
- Respond to customers' complaints and after sale support when requested
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned when required.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Professional Level in any field
At least 2 years working experience in the related fields is required
Fresh candidate is encouraged to apply
Proactive, self-motivator, quick learner, pleasant personality with good inter-personal and communication skills
Good in Microsoft skill.
Languages Required:
English, Bahasa Malaysia ,Mandarin
Salary range:
RM2,800 - RM4,500
