Nature of Business: Travel Agency
Responsibilities:
- Planning, implementation, and management of the business of visiting Japan in collaboration with the travel industry
- Implementation of presentations for PR of travel to Japan at travel seminars, travel fairs, etc.
- Participation in travel seminars
- Travel agency support Travel agency pamphlets sending and inquiries
- Monthly travel agency visitation & market survey
- Management of social media, websites, advertisements, etc.
- Market survey in the Muslim market
- Clipping and collection of information associated with market surveys
- Organizing and reporting on travel agencies
- Customer service (including tourist information services at the counter) Telephone / mail service support
- Translation / interpretation services related to the above (English is required / Chinese or Malay to Japanese)
- Support for general business (including work in charge of other staff)
- Other general office work
Requirements:
Japanese level JLPT N2 and above is a must
Experiences related to travelling & social media & digital marketing
Good Malay or Mandarin language
Good in Reading, Writing and Communication in Business English level
Good in Ms Excel, Word, Power Point.
3 to 5 year working experience
Languages Required:
Japanese, English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin
Salary range:
RM4,000 - RM5,000
